Erika Guevara serves as Chief Operating Officer at Cascadia Foreign Policy, bringing extensive expertise in operational leadership, strategic alignment, and organizational performance. Erika has successfully led complex initiatives at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on workflow optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and large-scale program management. Her operational strengths include implementing high-impact strategies in health systems improvement, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building—skills she now applies to strengthen CFP’s institutional effectiveness and strategic execution. Fluent in Spanish and English, Erika brings valuable cross-cultural insight to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.
